  • Refunds are available only if your TVNado IPTV subscription cannot be activated due to technical issues on our side.

  • Refunds are not provided for service interruptions caused by your internet connection, incompatible devices, or unauthorized use.

  • Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after successfully accessing your subscription.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

  • Ensure you cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
